1.发脾气;耍性子
If a child has atantrum, they lose their temper in a noisy and uncontrolled way. If you say that an adult is throwing atantrum, you are criticizing them for losing their temper and acting in a childish way.
e.g. My son had atantrum and banged his fist on the ground...
